Mitsubishi Lancer GLX 1.6L Automatic

I am sooooo happy now. Why? Finally I have a new car since I stay on my own. I hereby present to all of you my new Mitsubishi Lancer GLX 1.6L Automatic. I am happy with the plate number of LC3412.

How much is the price?
On the road price is RM51,500 in Labuan.
Deposit - RM200 only.
Dealer paid my deposit of RM5000 to the finance company. They called it a dealer's discount offer.
Total price is RM46,500. (Psst.. Main land price is RM100,000)Isn't that sounds like an irresistable offer? I think so.

Specifications
Engine Type: 4G18 SOHC 16-valve, in-line 4-cylinder
Max. output (net) 6000 rpm
Max. torque (net) 2750 rpm
FUEL SYSTEM - ECI-MULTI Fuel tank capacity - 50 Liter
TRANSMISSION Type - INVECS-III CVT

What is 'INVECS-III'?
INVECS is 'Intelligent & Innovative Vehicle Electronic Control System'.
INVECS-III is an advanced system that automatically selects the optimal gear ratio based on road and driving conditions ("optimal control"), and utilizes "learning control" to match the particular driver's driving style. In addition, a CVT that brings out the efficiency from the engine performance is provided. Like a conventional automatic transmission, there is no jolt when shifting gears and every time the accelerator is applied there is enjoyable, smooth acceleration.Furthermore , a torque converter enables creep forward driving (slight deceleration) when the accelerator is not applied and hillstarts are made fun.

What is 'CVT'?
CVT is 'Continuously Variable Transmission'.
The Continuously Variable Transmission makes for optimal driving pleasure by downsizing the pulley piston, reducing the oil pump discharge rate, and controlling direct torque control. All of this results in efficient engine output, offering drivers an exceptionally smooth ride. Based on driver demand as measured by accelerator travel information, optimal efficiency is achieved between the engine and CVT according to the motive forces experienced under driving circumstances. Supple acceleration and smooth driving feel are realized in all kinds of conditions while also improving fuel economy.

One of the cool things is that the car comes with a KENWOOD CD/MP3 player. I have a huge collection of MP3s and my ride will be just so pleasurable with this feature.

This special blog will record my journey in this Mitsubishi Lancer GLX. My next plan is to install a JPJ approved tint on the windows to reduce UV and interior heat.

I have got to think of a name for this one. Any suggestions? It has to sound feminine though.
